“Owners who sold in Safi 2A made 11.2% a year, and 10% of them sold at a loss. A 2-bed gives a gross yield of about 8.0% on the median signed Ejari rent for a 2-bed in Town Square (AED 90,000 a year), against the median sold price. Few homes are for sale against the pace of sales, so a home at the right price sells quickly. For me that is a strong record for Town Square. Pay for the right view and layout.”
