How this differs from the Dubai pages

ADREC publishes each sale's district, community, project, type, layout, size, price and whether it was off-plan and sold by the developer or resold. It does not publish unit numbers, building ids or buyer type, so there is no resale-profit history and no tower-by-tower split here. Rents are ADREC's quarterly averages by district and layout, not individual leases as in Dubai's Ejari record. Al Ain and Al Dhafra sales are in the Abu Dhabi totals.

Rental data (signed rents, renewals, asking against signed): RENT DUBAI, our sister site for tenants, from Dubai Land Department Ejari leases.
