DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts Dubai is a pair of towers in Business Bay that rise 270 meters. It holds around 1,200 furnished residences, in one and two bedroom apartments, and a Paramount Hotel. The design takes its cue from California and a Hollywood studio style. “Owners who sold in DAMAC Towers by Paramount, Tower A made 4.4% a year, and 32% of them sold at a loss. A 1-bed rents for a gross yield of about 6.4% at asking prices. There are about 12 months of homes for sale, so the buyer can negotiate. That record is weak. I would only buy below the last sold price for the same layout.”
