All starting values are editable examples. The calculation adds mortgage registration at 0.25% of the loan; include fixed registration charges in “Other fixed costs”. A bank valuation below the agreed price can increase your cash requirement.

The interactive calculation needs JavaScript. Monthly payment = loan × monthly rate ÷ (1 − (1 + monthly rate) to the power of minus the number of payments). At a zero rate, divide the loan by the number of payments.
