JRE lists a temperature-controlled pool, jacuzzi, gym, private cinema, multi-purpose and business lounge, children's play area, baby care room, BBQ area and laundry room. Dubai Immo's pre-completion page also lists a sauna, hammam, rooftop lounge and coworking space, which are unconfirmed.

Who is the developer?
Marquis Developers (Propsearch names subsidiary Marquis Home Devloper). Other pages say Marquis, or Marquis Point. Propsearch names CJ Tec Contracting as contractor and Em Square Engineering Consultants as architect.

Planned handover was December 2024. Two sites say it completed on 31 December 2024, which matches the plan. The Propsearch page still says under development, and the Cresco-style Zeus Capital listing says year built June 2025, so sources differ.
