  • Completion: Propsearch says Q4 2028; Continental Club, Belcato and Disruptive Estate say Q1 2029; a listing search results shows Q2 2029.
  • Developer: Continental Club and Propsearch say BT Properties; Belcato says BT Holdings; Disruptive Estate says Dubai Aviation City Corporation.
  • Starting price: Disruptive Estate shows AED 460,000 (studios), while other guides show AED 899,000, which matches 1-bed pricing. Propsearch shows an unreadable launch price (AED 85k).
  • Payment plan: Continental Club says 70/30, an Augusta search results says 20/50/30.

Floors, apartments and completion year
listing-site guides disagree. The Continental Club guide and Propsearch say 31 floors, while Disruptive Estate says 28 upper floors plus basement, ground and two podium levels with 365 apartments. Handover is Q1 2029 per Continental Club, Belcato and Disruptive Estate, and Q4 2028 per Propsearch. Our unit codes reach floor 27.

All sites agree on a swimming pool, changing room and fitness centre. Some also list swim-up pools, private cabanas, a rooftop padel court, open-air gym, outdoor movies, running tracks, barbecue areas, children's play area, landscaped gardens and a lobby. BT Properties (called BT Holdings by one site), founded in 2024 per the Continental Club guide. Disruptive Estate instead names Dubai Aviation City Corporation, so the sources disagree.

Not found. The nearest listed items are Emaar South Golf Club at 3.4 km and GEMS Founders School at 4.8 km. Nothing is stated within walking distance, and one site says the area's retail and leisure is still immature.

  • Nobody visited the tower. Every fact is from a document, a map or a resident's review.
