- Cascada is a cluster of stepped towers in the Waada community in Dubai South, rising from ground level to level 16. It offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, some with a maid's room. Each floor is slightly smaller than the one below, which gives the building a pyramid-like profile on a rectangular podium. - Amenities differ: Belcato mentions infinity pool, business centre and international school; Propsearch and DXB Offplan list a standard swimming pool, children's pool, yoga zone, cycling track and cinema.
- Starting price: Belcato says AED 872,000, Oliva says AED 1,378,000 for 2-bed (no 1-bed shown), DXB Offplan says AED 1,751,000 for a 3-bed. These are different unit types, not a true conflict.
