A 2-bed gives a gross yield of about 5.5% on the median signed Ejari rent for a 2-bed in Dubai Hills Estate (AED 140,000 a year), against the median sold price. Few homes are for sale against the pace of sales, so a home at the right price sells quickly. For me that is a strong record for Dubai Hills Estate. Pay for the right view and layout.”
