  • Payment plan: Insiderealty and Binayah say 56/44 with post-handover payments; offplanpropertiesdubai and a search results say 20/80; Dubai Immo says 20% then 1% per month for 80 months.
  • Starting prices: AED 775,000 (Insiderealty), 750,000 (Dubai Immo), 850,000 (offplanpropertiesdubai) and 999,999 (search results) for a studio.
  • Pool: Dubai Immo mentions an infinity pool on the roof, while other sites describe a lagoon-shaped pool with a waterfall.

Propsearch estimates about 325 units, while Continental Club (search results) says 344 units. Offplanpropertiesdubai says G+9 floors; unit numbers in the sales records reach floor 8 and Propsearch places Sky Villa type B on the 8th floor.
