  • Starting price differs: AED 650,000 on off-planproperties.ae against AED 1.1m on other guides; Propsearch transactions of about AED 650k for a 421 sq ft 1-bed are a gift grant (not a market sale).
  • The off-planproperties.ae FAQ mentions 'Avant Garde Residences' and studios, so that page's FAQ is partly about another project.

Propsearch says 10 storeys; a search results says B+G+9 with 249 units. Guides give completion as Q2 2026, Q3 2026 or Q4 2026; Propsearch still lists it as under development (Aug 2026). Our unit codes reach floor 9.
