  • Unit sizes: Propertyindex says 2-bed 1,191-1,457 sq ft; McCone lists 2-beds at 1,244-1,321 sq ft. Propertyindex's 1-bed range is 799-970 sq ft while McCone shows 921 and 809 sq ft.

Highest floor seen in unit numbers in the sales records is 11 and Propertyindex lists floors 1-11, so about 11 floors (not confirmed by any guide). 73 registered units (Propertyindex). Handover is Q4 2028 per Dxboffplan; Propertyindex says only that it is under construction with no handover date on record.
