  • Launch price: Propsearch says from AED 3.53m, dxboffplan says AED 3.41m, investoffplan says AED 3.53m, and Driven Properties (search results) shows AED 353,000, probably a down payment.
  • Payment plan: dxboffplan shows an 8-step plan, while investoffplan says 10/70/20.
  • Unit sizes: Mitchells gives total areas of 2,418 to 2,767 sq ft, investoffplan gives 1,925 to 3,271 sq ft, and one resale listing quotes 1,857 sq ft as plot size against 2,417 sq ft built-up.
  • Amenities: dxboffplan's infinity pool and spa are not on other pages.
  • Area label: Propsearch lists it under Emaar South, with DLD area Madinat Al Mataar and master project Dubai World Central.
