Where sources disagree
- Propsearch gives an estimated handover of January 2020 but a completion in 2021; the page itself lists both dates.
- The PropertyDigger page lists no Cloud 88 data beyond generic area text, and its schools and 'Things to Do' lists do not match Propsearch's nearby schools and attractions. It was not used for building facts.
