Read on 11 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. Sources 1 and 2 give different plans (40% vs 30% post-handover, plus a 10% handover step in source 2), and source 1 lists the project as sold out; source 3 gives a different plan (100% on booking), which is not for this tower's standard plan, so confirm current terms with the developer.
