- District: Propsearch lists JVC District 14 but also mentions District 12; Royale Stays notes this.
- The Google place is titled 'Maple 1 Emirates Gardens 2', so the 3.1 rating from 18 ratings and the reviews may cover both Maple buildings, or even the whole complex; a 2025-11 reviewer calls it the 'Maple building' and a 2026-02 review mentions Magnolia.

- Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (live adverts: community guide, propertystellar.com, propsearch.ae, royalestays.com), read by an AI model on 21 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
- Nobody visited the tower. Every fact is from a document, a map or a resident's review.
