- Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (binayah.ae, binayah.com, live adverts: community guide, propsearch.ae, royalestays.com), read by an AI model on 22 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
- Nobody visited the tower. Every fact is from a document, a map or a resident's review.
