- Status: Square Yards says Pearl Mizin is under construction, while Propsearch says the project was cancelled and that Binghatti Hillcrest was launched on the same plot. Other search results also describe Pearl Mizin as cancelled.
- Completion year and floors: Square Yards gives none, and Propsearch gives only an old estimated completion of April 2010 for a cancelled project, so none could be confirmed.
