Where sources disagree
- The two Angel in Dubai guides disagree with each other (low-rise apartments vs townhouses) and with the Ziba listing (178-unit apartment building completed 2022), so neither is used for facts.
- The Ziba listing says the whole building is for sale at AED 140,000,000, while a search results for a '178 Mixed Units | Whole Building | DIP' listing shows AED 26,000,000; the asking price is unclear.
- Metro: the Ziba listing says 5 minutes to Green Community Metro, while a Square Yards search results puts it near DIP Metro Station 2 at about 1.28 km; names and distances are not consistent.
