- Construction timeline: Propsearch says construction began in Q4 2025, but Augusta reports 14% built as of 19 May 2025.
- Payment plan: Binayah shows 60/40 (construction/handover); other pages show 10/50/40.
- Handover: most pages say Q1 2027; the dxboffplan page says March 2027 and Augusta says 31 March 2027, which is consistent with Q1.
- dxboffplan lists amenities (infinity pool, spa, concierge) that other pages do not, so treat its generic amenity list with caution.
