The Loom cluster is five 11-storey buildings (OPR and Luxsquare guides). The highest floor seen in unit numbers in the sales records is 10. Handover is given as Q2 2028 (OPR, Luxsquare), 31 Mar 2028 (Offplan Properties) and Q1 2028 (Continental Club search results, 661 units for Loom as a whole); a FAM Properties search results lists Loom C as Q2 2029. The number of apartments in Loom C alone is not found.
