The project
Windsor House is made of two L-shaped residential buildings that frame a central courtyard in Dubai South. It offers studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, some with study rooms. The facade has strong vertical elements and exposed structural framing with large glass openings, a nod to neobrutalism. What is being built next to it?
Tower A and Tower B are being built around a shared courtyard. Two more Windsor House buildings are planned in a later phase. The surrounding Dubai South Residential District is largely off-plan, with other projects like Azizi Venice and Emaar South phases under construction.
