- Payment plan: 10/30/60 (Propsearch, Palmera, Binayah), 20/40/40 (Aigents Realty), 10/90 with instalments (Emirates.Estate).

- Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (aigentsrealty.com, emirates.estate, live adverts: community guide, palmera.realestate, propsearch.ae), read by an AI model on 21 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
