- Listings: one snapshot, 7 Oct 2026. Asking prices and asking rents.
- Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (live adverts: community guide, propertyindex.ae, skyloov.com, xoproperty.ae), read by an AI model on 21 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
- Nobody visited the tower. Every fact is from a document, a map or a resident's review.
