- Google place 'VERDANA by Reportage Properties' covers the whole Verdana project including later phases, and reviews mix Residence 1, Residence 2 and phase 7 buyers; counts are not specific to this tower.
- The Google rating is 3.5, but 13 of the 20 reviews with text are 1 star.

- Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (live adverts: community guide, metropolitan.realestate, propsearch.ae), read by an AI model on 27 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
- Nobody visited the tower. Every fact is from a document, a map or a resident's review.
