  • A search results shows a haus & haus Ellington Sands 2 Block B listing at AED 3,600,000 for a 2-bed of 1,182 sq ft, which does not match the AED 3.2m or 3.33m figures. The search results is ambiguous about which unit it prices.

The Propsearch guide says it is a nine-storey building under development. Handover is given as Q2 2028 in the listing title and text but Q4 2028 in the feature list of the same listing. The total number of apartments was not found. Our unit codes give no top floor.
