- Starting price: Belcato, WiseView and others say AED 990,000. Offplan Properties lists 1-bed types from AED 900,000. Propsearch says units were priced from 'AED 99k', which looks like a typo.
- Unit mix: Belcato and Offplan Properties list 1 to 3 bedrooms. Propsearch says 1 and 2 bedrooms only. Primo Capital says 1, 2 and 2.5 bedrooms.
- Pool: Belcato and Offplan Properties list an indoor swimming pool. WiseView lists an outdoor pool.
- Handover: Q3 2027 on most pages, September 2027 on Belcato, 1 September 2027 on Offplan Properties, and 30 September 2027 on Primo Capital.
