- Payment plan: Projects Scout, Ultra Luxury and iMatch (one option) give 20/70/10. Palmera also lists 20/20/60, and iMatch lists a 40/60 plan. Several plans are advertised.
- Floors: iMatch says 6 floors; Palmera says G+6; a search results says a basement, ground, six residential floors and roof. These are roughly consistent but not identical.
- Construction status: Projects Scout says construction started April 2026; iMatch shows 0% complete. Today is 2026-10-12.
- Starting price check: Primo Capital's 567-593 sq ft studio size and Palmera's 562 sq ft differ slightly.
