Status on the SkyscraperCity forum: topped out, 37 floors, 145 m. Last post in the thread: 30 Sep 2026. The newest pictures are two app screenshots listing The Edge as Finished at 100% Completed with a date of 25-08-2026, 1,030 units and 66,112.60 sq.m.

Floor 36 of 37 stated on 5 Jun 2025. The bar is floors, not percent of the work: facade and fit-out come after the structure.

Unit sizes: Driven Properties says 500 to 2,500 sq ft. Listings show 1-beds of about 570 to 675 sq ft and a 2-bed of 879 sq ft, so the top of that range is not supported by listings.
Amenities: dxboffplan lists an infinity pool and spa, which Mavrix and Driven Properties do not.

The dxboffplan guide says 46 floors. Driven Properties and dxboffplan give handover as Q4 2026. A search results (Facebook group post) says the building is completed, and dxboffplan shows 751 resale transactions with the last in June 2026, so the status is unclear. Total apartments: not found.

Ask for a report on your unit: its sales history, the same type's sales in the last 12 months and the homes for sale against it. A licensed partner agent, named on the report with the registration number, sends it. BUY DUBAI is not a broker and takes no part in the sale.

Method, sources and what we did not find

Sales: unit-level Dubai Land Department sale records, 2020 to 14 Oct 2026, checked by year against Dubai Land Department open data. Our unit list does not hold every sale, so some sales are missing.
Listings: one snapshot, 7 Oct 2026. Asking prices and asking rents.
Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (drivenproperties.com, dxboffplan.com, live adverts: community guide, react.dxbinteract.com), read by an AI model on 16 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
Nobody visited the tower. Every fact is from a document, a map or a resident's review.
Checked, not found for this tower: sales, a Google Maps place, resident reviews, unit positions on a floor, the side and view of each unit.
