Construction: floor 36 of 37 on 5 Jun 2025
Status on the SkyscraperCity forum: topped out, 37 floors, 145 m. Last post in the thread: 30 Sep 2026. The newest site photo (post #85) shows two tall dark-glazed towers with balcony rows from top to bottom, with a low beige building and a landscaped roadside in front. The newest posted images (post #86) are app screenshots listing The Edge as 'Finished', 100% completed on 25-08-2026.
Floor 36 of 37 stated on 5 Jun 2025. The bar is floors, not percent of the work: facade and fit-out come after the structure.

Read on 9 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. Only one source (dubricks.com) states the plan, and it lists two different dates: handover 01-Apr-2026 and anticipated completion 11-Oct-2026. Since 60% is due on completion, confirm the actual date with the developer.
