Construction: ground works
Status on the SkyscraperCity forum: ground works, 34 floors. Last post in the thread: 31 Oct 2025. The newest picture (post #7, 2025-10-31) shows a Velor site board at night, listing Ginco Properties as client and Ginco General Contracting as main contractor, standing above a yellow hoarding with no structure visible.

Read on 9 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. Sources 1-4 all state the same 10/50/40 plan; source 2 and 3 call it interest-free, and source 4 gives an estimated handover of November 2027, consistent with Q4 2027.

- Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (dxboffplan.com, insiderealty.ae, live adverts: community guide, propsearch.ae, tanamiproperties.com), read by an AI model on 16 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
