- Completion: datahabibi search results give both Q2 2017 and Q3 2017 for this tower; the year 2017 is consistent.
- Size: the McCone Properties guide lists a 1-bed at 535 sq ft (AED 1,869/sq ft) against 933 to 1,070 sq ft for other 1-beds, which looks like a recording outlier.
- Rent contract count: the McCone Properties page shows 5,994 DIP contracts while a search results of the same page says 6,013, likely an update difference.
