  • Status: McCone says 0 resales of a completed home, consistent with the tower not yet being handed over.
  • Developer: Binayah and Realting mention Refine Development Management as a collaborator; Augusta lists Arabian Gulf Properties alone.
  • Price: Binayah starts at AED 927,721; Augusta starts at about AED 928,000 and shows resale from AED 1,250,000.
