  • Propsearch lists some sale prices as AED 85k, which is a display error. The transaction detail shows AED 850,000.

Propsearch says 12 storeys plus 1 basement. The Ultra Luxury guide and Skyloov say basement, ground floor, two parking floors and nine residential floors. Our unit codes reach floor 9. A search results from Continental Club says 160 units, completion 22 March 2027. Completion is given as Q1 2027 (Ultra Luxury, Continental Club), early 2027 (Skyloov), Q2 2027 (Alnair search results), Q3 2027 (Binayah), or 18 months from the Dec 2025 launch (Propsearch).
