Floors: Not found (unit numbers in the sales records show no floor data). Propsearch and DXB Properties estimate about 200 units; completion is Q3 2028 per Propsearch, DXB Properties and the Continental Club guide, while the Hayat project site says Q4 2028 (indicative). One search results says July 2028.

  • Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (continentalclub.ae, dxbproperties.ae, hayatdubai.ae, live adverts: community guide, propsearch.ae), read by an AI model on 21 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
