- Floors: Propsearch says 14 storeys; Belcato describes ground plus a two-level podium, eleven residential floors and a rooftop level, which is a different way of counting and not directly comparable.
- Completion: Belcato says Q1 2029 and Projects Scout says March 2029; these are compatible. The Projects Scout FAQ says ready for occupancy by May 2026, which contradicts its own March 2029 completion (May 2026 is the construction start date), so that FAQ line was ignored.
- Status: Propsearch says Planned with first trace January 2026; Belcato and Projects Scout say under construction (Projects Scout gives a May 2026 build start).
- Developer name spelling differs: Alyakka vs Al Yakka (same company).
