- Status and completion: Propsearch and Freehold Solutions say the project was cancelled (0.8% recorded completion, cancelled in 2015). HomeSearch says it was handed over in Q4 2013, yet also shows it as 1% complete. Kredium gives no status.
- Sales: HomeSearch lists 2 recorded sales, both off-plan on 10 Aug 2009, which fits an unbuilt project and does not show any resident market.
