The project
The Haven Gardens is a single residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, built on Hessa Street. It has a ground-floor lobby, five parking levels and 19 floors above. It holds 217 apartments: 163 one-bedroom, 40 two-bedroom and 14 junior one-bedroom units. Every apartment has a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, and the units come with fitted kitchens and bathrooms.
