Read on 11 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. Sources conflict on both the plan (20/50/30 vs 60/40, the latter with no step breakdown) and the handover date (February 2027 on source 1, December 2027 on source 2, Q4 2027 on source 3), so confirm the current plan and date with the developer before booking.
