- Seasons Community is a multi-cluster complex, not one tower. Autumn and Summer clusters each have eight low-rise buildings with 275 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 11 four-bedroom townhouses (Propsearch, Royale Stays). Square Yards also mentions one- to three-bedroom apartments and two- to four-bedroom townhouses.
Amenities: four swimming pools and fitness centres per cluster (Propsearch, Autumn and Summer clusters), underground parking for each apartment (Propsearch), playground, gardens and shopping centre (Square Yards guide, unconfirmed), 24-hour security and CCTV (Square Yards guide)
Where sources disagree
- Unit count: Propsearch and Royale Stays give 286 units per cluster, DXB Interact gives 354 for Summer, and a search results gives 1,326 registered units for the whole community.
- Completion year: Autumn Dec 2013 (Propsearch) vs Summer June 2013 (Royale Stays); these are different clusters, so not a true conflict.
- Unit types: Square Yards mentions 3-bed apartments and 2-4 bed townhouses, while Propsearch lists only 1- and 2-bed apartments plus 4-bed townhouses.
