Read on 11 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. Sources give three different plans (20/40/40, 20/10/70, and a 68-month post-handover plan) and different handover dates (Q4 2027, Q2 2028, March 2028, June 2028), so confirm the current plan and handover date with the developer before paying.
