- Completion: Propsearch says construction began in 2025 and gives no completion date; Augusta Properties and other listings say handover is planned for Q4 2027 (planned handover 15 December 2027). Not a true conflict, but only a planned date.
- Pool: the Augusta Properties page lists a rooftop swimming pool in the text and an indoor pool in its feature list, which do not clearly agree.
