- Completion: Neu Address gives a DLD-registered start of December 2026 and completion of June 2029, while Binayah, Top Luxury Property and HCO say the handover date is not announced.
- Top Luxury Property places the project in 'Wadi Al Safa 2' in one passage and 'Wadi Al Safa 3' elsewhere, and mentions a 'sky pool' and 'outdoor cinema' that other pages do not.
- Top Luxury Property lists a payment plan (about 20% down) as generic, while other pages say the payment plan is not published.
