- Completion: June/Q2 2028 on Offplan Insight, dn-dxb and Propsearch-linked sites; Primo Capital shows 2028-06-29 in its header but Q4 2027 in its text; a Property Junction search results shows Q4 2027; Offplan Insight says a secondary site shows 31 December 2028; Binayah says the date is to be announced.
- Payment plan: 10/40/50 on Offplan Insight, Propsearch, dn-dxb and Primo Capital's table; 50/50 on Binayah and in Primo Capital's header.
- Unit mix: 1-3 bedrooms on most pages, but Propsearch says only one- and two-bedroom apartments plus five retail units, and Binayah lists only 1 and 2 bedroom types.
- Unit count: Propsearch says an estimated 5 units, which conflicts with a 20+ floor apartment tower. Offplan Insight says no reliable total exists.
- Location labels differ: Meydan Horizon, Nad Al Sheba 1, Bu Kadra, Meydan, MBR City.
- Pool: outdoor on Offplan Insight, indoor on dn-dxb.
- Build status: construction start 15 Oct 2025 on dn-dxb and another source (per Offplan Insight), but Propsearch status is Planned.
