- Starting price: Binayah header shows AED 2.6M, its FAQ says AED 2.3M, and its title shows AED 2.25M.
- Payment plan: 70/30 (Binayah) vs 10% booking, 60% construction, 30% handover (Lead Marketing), which also adds up to 70/30.
- Unit sizes: smallest unit is 836 sq ft on Binayah, 618 sq ft on Golden Hills, and Binayah's unit card shows 2 sq ft (data error).
