- Listings: one snapshot, 7 Oct 2026. Asking prices and asking rents.
- Short lets: Airbnb map search and listing pages for Business Bay, read 9 Oct 2026. A listing counts for a tower when two of these agree: the Dubai holiday-home permit code, the tower name in the listing, the map pin.
- Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (kredium.ae, live adverts: community guide, propjunction.ae, propsearch.ae, royalestays.com), read by an AI model on 21 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
