- Floors: Profound Properties gives 46 and 31 floors, but its summary field says 77 (the two towers added together). Nuroa and Asia Villas show no floor count. The unit count of 38 on Nuroa and Asia Villas looks low for towers this tall and cannot be checked.
- Developer: Propsearch names Fakhruddin Properties and Hamid Properties Ltd. Profound Properties names only Fakhruddin Properties. The Nuroa and Asia Villas listings show the developer as N/A.
- Sales listings from Nuroa and Asia Villas place the project in Diamond Views, JVC; Propsearch places it in JVC District 11. Both are in Jumeirah Village Circle.
