- Propsearch has two pages, 'The Ghaf Tree' and 'The Ghaf Tree 2', that look like separate rows; the 2016 completion year and 12 houses appear only on the 'Ghaf Tree 2' page. The 'Ghaf Tree' page gives no year or house count. It is unclear whether they are the same development.
- The Google place is titled 'Ghaf Tree Villas Block 2', which may be a different block or complex, so its 4.3 rating from 3 ratings may not apply to this tower.
