- Starting price: AED 674k (developer price sheet, February 2024, Mitchell's and OffplanCompare) vs AED 1,111,698 (Continental Club and other search results).
- Sold status: the developer page says sold out, while the DLD register still shows sales through 24 Sep 2026 and Mitchell's labels it off-plan.
