The Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) master plan
Nakheel launched JVC in 2005 and sold plots to other developers so each could build on its own.
The area stalled after 2008. Nakheel delivered its own villas from 2013, and villa buyers promised handover in December 2008 waited about three years.
JVC is Dubai's busiest area for sales and listings: about 12,000 listings, 11.3% of Dubai's, in February 2025.

Many developers launch here at once; compare a new tower with the resale prices of finished towers nearby before paying an off-plan price.
- Who built the tower: the master developer, or another developer on a plot?
- Is the anchor open, and if not, who delivers it and by when?
- What did the same layout in the same building sell for in the last six months?
