- Sales counts differ by date: 636 in the last 12 months on Luxury Located (to 2 Sept 2026), 658 on McCone (to 9 Oct 2026), and 956 matched on Propertystellar. Prices per sq ft also differ (AED 3,518 to 3,609 median vs AED 3,361).
- Search search results rank the tower 4th of 13 buildings, but the McCone page says 4th of 14.
